The Grace of Jesus Christ

Grace is God's remedy for sin; through the disobedience of one man Adam, sin and death was attributed to all men but through the obedience of another man Jesus Christ, Grace reign through righteousness to eternal life.

Who is the Author of Grace?

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen. (2 Corinthians 13:14|KJV-

Grace is an attribute of our Lord Jesus Christ. His obedience to die on the cross made Him the Lord of Grace; through grace He has saved us from the condemnation of Adam; we did not do anything to merit it, it is a pure gift that proceeds from the cross. His obedience earned us the grace to live and die.

How can we be part of His Grace?

Just as the scripture says, grace is God's free gift of eternal life to all that believe, there is nothing in us to make us qualify for His grace but He already qualified us by the cross; it is Him that works in us to make us willing to do and to obey Him. No one can believe in Him outside His calling, for before the Foundation of the world He foreknew us, called and predestined us to conform to the image of His dear son.

So no man can be part of the grace that brings salvation on his or her own accord, because it is a free gift of God by default.

Can Salvation be lost?

Since salvation is a product of God's grace through Jesus Christ and for the fact that it is a free gift of God, it cannot be lost. God has before time knows those that will value that gift and has given it to them, and because He is a perfect and all knowing God, He does not make mistakes and will never regret giving the gift of salvation to whosoever He will.

Finally, there is no disgrace in grace, the grace that brings salvation has been freely given to all that will value it and will never enter the hands of dogs. Jesus death on the cross produced grace and by grace righteous passed to all that believes in Him and no one can believe in Him by his or her own ability because it only takes the calling and election of God to believe and do His perfect will.
