Yes! The word of God is Amen! It's is ever true! The word (Christ) has to become flesh and dwell among us so as to become a faithful witness to that which is written. From the beginning of time, He was with God! He is God!  He is the word, he bore witness to the word faithfully by taking upon Him our mortal body to exemplify what is written about Him.

Friends, the word of God is ancient! Before you were born, before you got that employment, before you got that admission, before you got married; the word of God has been in existence! And everything you can see and those you can't see are made by this word. No system on earth last forever, no employment last forever, no uncle last forever but the word of God is eternal!

The word of God will deliver as promised, the word of God is worthy of your trust! The word of God is not a scam or a mere word. The word is ever true! Christ Himself said that the word which He speak to us their are Spirit and Life. I assure you, anyone who neglect the word of God will die both physically and Spiritually.

If we can spend half of the time we spend gossiping and begging uncles and auntie's on the word of God, I guarantee you things will never remain the same for us. The word of God has the ability to birth new things, the word of God holds the solution for life challenges, I don't know what you have been passing through but I assure you, if only you can sit down with the word of God, solutions is certain!

Some believers prefer to run to one prayer house or another and pay attention to the rhyme of the man of God than reading and praying the word of God into their lives. The word of God which is Christ Himself holds the solution for your brokenness, sickness, poverty,unemployment etc. Let's see what God said about His word.

Isaiah 55:10 Just as rain and snow descend from the skies and don't go back until they've watered the earth, Doing their work of making things grow and blossom, producing seed for farmers and food for the hungry,

Isaiah 55:11 So will the words that come out of my mouth not come back empty-handed. They'll do the work I sent them to do, they'll complete the assignment I gave them.

The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words  shall not pass away.

Spiritual facts and life time lessons

Why is it that after quoting, reciting and praying the word of God nothing seems to change?

Two things can cause this.

First of all, the word of God is been engaged wrongly or without understanding. Example, you have headache and you are citing John 3:16, how on earth will the headache go? Don't say every word is word of God, let me ask you, does the key of your car open your office door?

Secondly, the word is not engaged with faith. Please note that faith is the catalyst that makes the word of God work. Some of us after engaging the word we still go about to engage on other things. The word of God is faithful if you remain faithful to it.

Final lesson: you can roll on the ground and cry out your eyes, yes He is a compassionate God but I tell you it is only His word that can move Him to actions. 

The devil can manipulate life around you but that will be until you show him that it is written and where it is written.

PrayersAncient word! The very custodian of God's creation, we thank you this day for who you are through your word. Heavenly Father you spoke a word and they were made, you commanded and they were created. Please speak once again in our lives situations, let your word be a lamb unto our feet and a light unto our paths. Grant us the grace to read, mark, and inwardly digest your word with patience and faith to our own benefits and to the glory of your Holy name Jesus Christ the King of Angels! Amen
